Inauguration of Ravello Concerts Season 2011
The Ravello Concert Society with the patronage of the Head of State opened the concerts season in Ravello on Saturday, April 2nd 2011. In the amazing location of Villa Rufo, the Master Mario Coppola with his orchestra present operas by Beethoven, Chopin and Liszt. After the concert, you can also buy CDs with songs offered in the evening.
From this year, some bars and restaurants in Ravello offer 15% discount to all those who take part in the concert, showing the ticket.
To reach Ravello during the concerts season, Sita local bus service is available until 11:35 PM with departure from Amalfi. For Sorrento, however, the service is only available from June to September.
